Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of 12 O'Clock Wheelie ("we"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law says you can.

Accounts and usernames

• An account is optional. If you create one, you sign in with Apple and choose a username.
• Usernames are public and permanent once chosen. Do not use your real name, someone else's name, or anything offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading.
• We may change or remove a username or profile that breaks these rules.
• You can report a rider from their profile in the app. We review reports and act on those that break these terms.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. One account per person.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use modified versions of the game, submit fake scores, or try to interfere with the game's servers or other players' data. We may reset scores or progress, or close accounts, that we reasonably believe were obtained unfairly.

Coins and unlocks

Coins, bikes, helmets and upgrades are virtual items inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and belong to the game. We may rebalance, change or remove them at any time. The game currently has no purchases.

Safety

12 O'Clock Wheelie is a video game. The stunts in it are not instructions. Never attempt wheelies or other stunts on public roads, always follow the law, and wear proper safety gear when riding a real bike.

Our content

The game, including its name, artwork, code and sounds, belongs to us and is protected by law. These terms do not give you any ownership of it.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the game or any part of it at any time. Cloud saves are a convenience and we cannot guarantee progress will never be lost.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app (Profile, then Delete account) and removing the game. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or secure.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Your use of the game must also follow the App Store's terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the game collects and how to delete it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
