The short version
You can play without an account. If you sign in, we store a username you choose, your game progress and your game stats. We never ask for your real name, email address, contacts, photos or location. We do not show ads and we do not sell your data.
Who we are
This policy covers the 12 O'Clock Wheelie game for iPhone and iPad and this website. "We" means the developer of 12 O'Clock Wheelie. You can reach us at lucamassucci28@gmail.com.
What we collect

If you play without signing in, your progress is stored only on your device and only the usage analytics above apply.
What we do not collect
- Your real name, email address, phone number or home address
- Precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone
- Advertising identifiers. The game does not show ads and does not track you across other apps or websites
- Payment information. The game has no purchases
What other players can see
If you create a profile, other signed-in players can search for your username and see your profile picture, favorite bike, game stats and the month you joined. Players cannot message or contact each other through the game. Do not use your real name as your username.
Game Center
The global leaderboard is run by Apple's Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, your best score is sent to Apple and shown under your Game Center name. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy, and you can manage Game Center in your device's Settings.
Services we use
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics) stores accounts, profiles and game saves and provides the usage analytics. Data is stored in the United States. See Firebase's privacy information.
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple and Game Center.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, profile and game save until you delete your account. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form and according to Firebase's standard retention settings.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm with Apple. This permanently removes your username, profile and cloud save. Progress saved on your device can be cleared in the game's Settings with Reset progress, or by deleting the app. You can also email us and we will delete your account for you.
Children
The game is meant for a general audience and does not ask for personal information such as a name or email. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created a profile that includes personal information, email us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it or to have it deleted. Email us and we will help. You can also delete everything yourself using the steps above.
This website
This website does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we ever add advertising or purchases, we will update this policy before they go live.
